Experiencing the mystery of raw power at Great Falls in Virginia. Great Falls is a massive series of waterfalls on the Potomac River near Washington D.C. But while its size is impressive, I enjoy finding small sections of the whole that offer a more elegant, mysterious story of the relationships between water, rock, and gravity.
